WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept Paypal, debit/credit cards and Sezzle. Billing address has to match shipping for order to be confirmed before shipping.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do NOT issue refunds. Under the circumstances of receiving the incorrect products, exchanges will be applied after the customer has notified us via email service@morethanbeautyhair.com.

DO WE OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?

WHAT IS PROPER HAIR CARE?

For a long lasting hairvestment its best to wash hair every two weeks with a clarifying shampoo. Deep condition your hair(this helps with detangling and frizzing. Rinse with cold water after letting conditioner set for at least 15 min. Let the hair air dry before styling. Make sure to moisturize after treatments.

WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME?

The processing period is 7-14 depending on the items included with the ordered. Once the processing time has concluded you will receive an email providing shipping information.
